Return Policy
We want your shopping experience with NissanAutoParts.net to be a great one. If for any reason you decide that you do not need any of the parts on your order, we will gladly take them back. We only ask a few things prior to making your return.
- Call us to arrange for any returns at 866-679-1950 or you may email customer service at [email protected]
- Include a copy of the invoice with the return. This will allow quicker process of your return.
- Parts must be resaleable and in the original packaging.
- We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
- We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
- Return request need to be within 45 days of receipt.
Cancellation Policy
- An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
