What is our return policy?


   We understand that on occasion, an ordered part may not be needed after you receive it. To return a part, simply login to your account and follow the steps to return the part you do not need. Once we receive the part and it is deemed in returnable condition, we will issue credit. All returns must be submitted less than 14 calendar days from the time you receive the order.

   We cannot take back used, installed or tried parts. Parts must be resaleable and in their original packaging. Do not write on the Nissan part package. The original Nissan label cannot be disturbed, removed or destroyed. Please include a copy of your purchase packing slip with the return. We do reserve the right to not accept returned parts that we find have been installed, are used, or do not meet the above return criteria.
